David Hutton

David Hutton
Chief Executive Officer, Retail & Communities Asia Pacific
Appointed to his current role in May 2007 and based in Sydney, Australia.

David started his career in retail management before joining Lend Lease in 1988. He has held numerous senior positions including CEO of Lend Lease Europe, COO of Lend Lease Development, and CEO of Lend Lease Retail Asia Pacific.

David’s achievements include the development of multiple new regional shopping centres in Australia and Europe (the largest being Bluewater in Kent England), the launch of Lend Lease’s first UK investment fund, the conversion of Greenwich Peninsular (the UK’s largest regeneration project), and a number of large mixed-use projects.

David has significant experience in retail development, fund, asset and property management in addition to high-density residential and mixed-use projects. He has also negotiated and managed numerous joint venture structures with both government and private sector partners.

David has a Bachelor of Business (with distinction) from Charles Sturt University, formal qualifications in retail management and is a licensed real estate agent.

Daniel Labbad
Chief Executive Officer, UK
Appointed to his current role in March 2008 and based in London, UK.

Daniel first joined Lend Lease in 1997 as a site engineer based in Sydney, Australia. In 1999 Daniel became Project Director for the $AU500M upgrade of Sydney International Airport in preparation for the 2000 Olympics. After Sydney Airport Daniel became the inaugural Chief Executive of, a non-profit community development organisation, building the business to a team of 20 people with projects around Australia.

Returning to Lend Lease in 2005 Daniel developed and implemented a Sustainability Transformation Plan for the Lend Lease group; initiating the Sustainability Measurement criteria and global reporting requirements which resulted in the production of Lend Lease’s inaugural Sustainability report in 2005.

Prior to March 2008, Daniel was the Chief Operating Officer of Lend Lease Retail & Communities – UK with direct operational responsibility for Lend Lease Retail, Lend Lease and major projects.

Anthony Pascoe

Anthony Pascoe
Chief Executive Officer, Lend Lease Ventures
Appointed to his current role in January 2009 and based in Sydney, Australia.

Anthony joined Lend lease in January 2007 as Global Chief Operating Officer for Lend Lease Investment Management. In this role, Anthony made a significant contribution to the development of the LLIM business, particularly in relation to LLIM’s offshore business platforms.

During his career prior to joining Lend Lease, Anthony accumulated extensive experience across a variety of senior executive roles. Anthony was formerly Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of ASX listed Blackmores Limited where he played a key role in improving the company's strategic and financial performance.

Prior to Blackmores, Anthony spent five years with Goodman Fielder in roles including Director, Corporate Development where he headed up Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy for the Group. His career experience also includes eight years as an investment banker and before that, five years with Ernst and Young.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Anthony is also a professionally qualified member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
