 Lend Lease Investment Management has a strong investment management capability both in Asia Pacific and the UK and Europe.
In Asia Pacific, we are a leading property investment manager with approximately A$7.1 billion (as at 30 June 2008) in property funds invested on behalf of a wide range of international and domestic institutional investors including insurance companies and superannuation funds. Our platform provides property investment across the risk/return spectrum for wholesale investors both domestically and overseas.
The scope and reach of our core businesses in Asia Pacific enables us to create and deliver single or integrated outcomes to meet the specific needs of our clients.
In the UK, we have approximately £1.1 billion (A$2.2 billion) in funds under management (as at 30 June 2008) across our two unlisted property funds (Lend Lease Retail Partnership and Lend Lease Overgate Partnership). Strong relationships and a transparent approach to reporting have built and supported an investor base that currently includes a number of the UK’s largest investment managers, life assurance companies and pension funds.
Lend Lease holds a number of direct investments in a variety of high performing properties and partnerships including:

| A 50% share of the partnership that owns the King of Prussia mall in Pennsylvania, one of the largest malls in the United States |

| A 33% interest in the Performance Retail Limited Partnership in the UK |

| Co-investments in Australian Prime Property Funds, Lend Lease Real Estate Partners Fund Series, Lend Lease Core Plus Fund, Lend Lease Communities Fund 1, Asia Pacific Investment Company 2, Asian Retail Investment Fund, Lend Lease Retail Partnership and Lend Lease Overgate Partnership. |
