Lend Lease Real Estate Partners (LLAuREP) Enhanced Series of Funds

 The Real Estate Partners (LLAuREP) Fund series operate as enhanced, non sector-specific funds in the Australian market. They are closed-ended, unlisted wholesale property funds. Two LLAuREP Funds have been launched to date.
A third fund in the series is currently being developed. It is anticipated to be a ‘club’ investment arrangement, providing investors with exposure to property investments in the value-add and opportunistic risk spectrum. LLAuREP3 will target development and repositioning opportunities in joint venture with Lend Lease, which will leverage the Lend Lease Group asset pipeline and end to end property skills.
