Established funds within Asia Pacific

Australian Prime Property Funds (APPF)
APPF operates as three sector-specific, core funds in the Australian market. They are open-ended, pooled unlisted wholesale property funds, allowing investors the flexibility to determine their own allocation across the retail, commercial and industrial property sectors.

Lend Lease Real Estate Partners (LLAuREP 1 and LLAuREP 2)
The LLAuREP Funds operate as a series of enhanced, non sector-specific funds in the Australian market. They are closed-ended, unlisted wholesale property funds. Two LLAuREP Funds have been launched to date. The first fund has been wound-up.

Lend Lease Core Plus Fund (LLAuCPF)
LLAuCPF operates as an open-ended, unlisted wholesale property fund targeting properties in traditional sectors and non-traditional sectors.

Lend Lease Communities Fund 1 (LLAuCF1)
LLAuCF1 operates as a closed-ended, unlisted wholesale property fund in the value-add segment of the risk/return spectrum. The Fund is Australia’s first wholesale residential communities fund and is the first of a proposed series of vehicles.

Asia Pacific Investment Company Funds (APIC 2)
APIC 2 operates as a core plus fund in the Singapore market. It is a retail focused, closed-ended, unlisted wholesale property fund. The Fund is fully invested.

APIC 2 is a follow-on vehicle to an earlier fund, APIC which was established in 1995 as a real estate opportunistic fund. APIC was restructured and was recently wound-up. Following the restructure of APIC, APIC 2 acquired APIC’s core retail properties.

Asian Retail Investment Fund (LLAsRIF)
LLAsRIF operates as an develop and hold, unlisted wholesale property fund offering investors the opportunity to participate with Lend Lease in the development, repositioning and long-term ownership of Asian retail properties, predominantly in the Singapore retail market.
