Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited (LLREILUK), a UK registered company, acts as operator to Lend Lease Retail Partnership and Lend Lease Overgate Partnership. LLREILUK is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and has appointed a Compliance Officer to monitor compliance with regulatory and authority requirements as they apply to LLREILUK. Quarterly external audits of LLREILUK's compliance with its obligations are undertaken and an annual audit of financial statements is performed. The Compliance Officer reports quarterly to the Board of LLREILUK on compliance matters.
