The Chase is situated on 124 hectares and located at Palmerston, just 15 minutes south of Darwin. Planning is in harmony with the natural environment of its unique escarpment bushland setting and is in close proximity to Palmerston City Centre and the school.
With 40 hectares of parks and natural bushland, a connecting network of walking and bike trails, The Chase will eventually be home to 3,000 residents by the end of 2004. The centrepiece of The Chase is a breathtaking 5-hectare lake surrounded by parklands, leafy streetscapes and excellent community facilities.
