Foundation
Since its creation in 1983, Lend Lease Foundation has provided opportunities for Lend Lease employees to form connections, learn and enhance their wellbeing through social, recreational, educational and community related programmes. These programmes are designed to support personal and professional growth and facilitate interaction and shared experiences with employees from different offices and business units. Foundation’s activities, and the administration of them, are funded by distributions from pre-existing employee benefit vehicles, and not by Lend Lease businesses.
The Foundation’s focus on employees and their families, rather than philanthropy, is unique. It provides an extraordinary platform to go beyond the expected in people development, programmes and experiences. Employee feedback continues to rate Foundation as one of our most highly valued people initiatives.
Foundation operates through a unique network of volunteers, called Foundation Representatives (more than 200 around the world) who have full time roles, but commit additional time and energy to make Lend Lease a great place to work.
