Our capacity to influence sustainable outcomes with our stakeholders varies, but there are many examples where it can be far reaching. Our stakeholders include our people, investors, suppliers, partners, clients and customers, tenants, communities and interest groups as well as government. Clearly, our strongest level of influence is with our people. How we organise, reward, educate and inspire our employees is fundamental to influencing our clients, suppliers, investors and other stakeholders.
