Bryce Moore
Chief Operating Officer
Delfin Lend Lease | Joined Lend Lease in 2003, as Regional General Manager, Delfin Lend Lease, Victoria, then appointed to his current position, Chief Operating Officer, Delfin Lend Lease in May 2007. Bryce has spent over 20 years in the urban development industry and was previously employed by the Victorian Government's Urban and Regional Land Corporation, in a variety of development and leadership roles.

Guy Gibson
General Manager Queensland | Guy Gibson is the Regional General Manager for Delfin Lend Lease in Queensland, with responsibility for four trading master planned community projects and two others in the planning phase.
Guy joined Lend Lease in 1996 and prior to that had town planning roles with the Brisbane City Council and the National Capital Development Commission.
He is currently President of the Property Council of Australia (Queensland), and he is also a member of ‘Urban Futures Brisbane’, a Board established by the Brisbane City Council to provide strategic advice to Council on planning and implementing Brisbane’s development future.

Simon Basheer
General Manager
NSW & ACT Region | Simon joined Delfin Lend Lease in 1989. During this time, Simon has been involved in the marketing and general management of a wide range of projects that include several of Lend Lease's largest projects such as master-planned communities North Lakes and St Mary's, as well as urban regeneration projects such as Victoria Harbour. Simon's background brings a depth of experience in areas such as market/project positioning and implementation of development strategies that ensure the successful trading of the project and ultimately the business unit.

Northern Territory | Having joined Delfin in 1992, Richard brings 15 years of broad experience to the Group. Prior to his current role of Regional General Manager - SA/NT, Richard has had a variety of roles within the Group including Shopping Centre Manager, Project and Market Analyst, Sales and Marketing Manager - Golden Grove, Project Manager - Golden Grove, General Manager - Realty, Manager - Commercial Development and Operations Manager.

Nikki Bartel
Marketing Director | Joined Delfin in 1999. Nikki has over 15 years experience in marketing development and communications of high involvement consumer products. Nikki is responsible for the strategic marketing direction of the Delfin business unit and brand and the projects which the brand endorses.

Kelvin Trimper
Director, Education & Community Development | Joined Delfin in August 1987. His initial role with the Company was to co-ordinate the provision of schools for the new Golden Grove community. He was appointed Project Manager of Golden Grove Development in 1991, State Manager in 1993 and became Project Director for Mawson Lakes in 1997 and General Manager, Sustainability Initiatives in 2005. He spearheads our initiatives in Education and Community Development.

- Delfin Realty | Joined Delfin initially in 1995. Andrew brings over 17 years experience in a diverse range of property sectors including retail, commercial, industrial and residential developments.

Michael Chapman
National Design Leader | Michael started work for Delfin in 1990 on the Forest Lake community. He is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who is currently responsible for design direction and innovation of the companies’ operating and future communities. Given the role design plays in delivering the “environment” of our communities, Michael also oversees the development and delivery of Environmental Sustainability Initiatives within Delfin communities.

Tod O'Dwyer
General Manager Victoria | Tod has been with Delfin Lend Lease since 1993. Prior to his current role of Regional General Manager – Victoria, he has held a variety of positions within the company including Landscape Manager at Forest Lake in Queensland, Victorian Landscape Manager and Victorian Design Director.
Since moving to Victoria in 1998, he has been involved in the launch of each of the current Victorian projects and his background brings a depth of experience particularly in relation to the creation of Delfin’s unique addresses for its communities.
