Construction Management

At Bovis Lend Lease our construction management services bring our construction knowledge and experience to a project during the design phase. We work with our client, the architect and the engineer to achieve the optimum cost, schedule and project quality.
We can work on the client’s behalf through commissioning and occupancy. We can also plan and manage the actual move into the completed facility, extending the value of Bovis Lend Lease involvement.
With construction management-agency, the client holds all the trade contracts, enabling the construction manager to freely act as the client’s agent.
With construction management-at risk, the construction manager holds all the trade contracts, and is therefore in a better position to control and guarantee performance.
