Local builders, subcontractors and suppliers Bovis Lend Lease and the BER program are committed to supporting local businesses, suppliers and subcontractors and the program is expected to support employment for people from across the regions. We have partnered local training and employment organisations who are familiar with the requirements of the BER and can help builders and subcontractors to find qualified apprentices. We also support the Adopt an Apprentice scheme.
