Bovis Lend Lease, as agent for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, is the Construction Manager for the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, and invites trade contractors to express their interest to bid construction work (i.e. carpentry, HVAC, electrical, etc.) and related construction support work for this Project.
In an effort to encourage a paperless work environment, trade contractors and vendors are welcome to submit their expressions of interest, via e-mail, through the link below.
Upon receipt of contractor's e-mail information, Bovis Lend Lease will forward a link to the Subcontractor Prequalification, Evaluation Controls System (SPECS) to commence the prequalification process.

Solicitations are currently being accepted for the construction trade work noted below. Unless otherwise noted below, submitted trade bids shall furnish a bid bond and upon award performance, labor and material payment bonds for 100% of the contract price shall be required. All bonds to be from a US Treasury Surety with a minimum bond rating of A VIII. Please note that a unionized labor force will be present on the Project and that contractors will be required to work within this jurisdiction.
