Bovis Lend Lease San Francisco is currently managing the construction of Phase I of One Rincon Hill, a 61-story residential tower, Three Sixty Residences, a 23-story residential tower, The Hayes, an eight-story residential building and The Arterra, which is being constructed following LEED™ (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Green Building Rating SystemŽ guidelines and will be San Francisco’s first LEED™ certified high-rise residential community. The Arterra consists of one 16-story tower, one nine-story building and a six-story building.
