The Upstate New York offices consistently add value to its projects in a variety of market sectors, providing innovative solutions in the planning and construction phases of each project.

The Upstate New York offices, with a specialized focus on the educational and government/public agency sectors, and is currently managing the addition/renovation of Building 15 (Science Building) at Buffalo State University, additions/renovations to the Warren County Health & Human Services Building and Municipal Center, expansion of the Town of Malta Community Center and construction of the Mill Condominiums, as well as a multitude of expansion/renovation programs for numerous school districts throughout the state.

The offices provide customized construction services delivering quality projects in a cost-efficient, timely manner and by setting benchmark standards in quality, persistently exceed client expectations.

The expertise available in the Upstate New York offices can be summarized by the range of current projects, and specifically its educational and government sector experience. In 2007, two upstate New York projects received recognition for excellence; the General Building Contractors of New York State recognized the Natural Museum of the Adirondacks - The W!ld Center with its 2007 Build New York - New Projects Award and the New York Library Association recognized the Clifton Park - Halfmoon Public Library with its 2007 New York Library Association Award.
