Mentoring
Attendance at our annual Undergraduate Development Programme
Attendance on other company training courses (Technical and Personal skills)
Payment of fees associated with professional membership

As a sponsored student you may also be eligible for an Inspire Scholarship awarded by Construction Skills. See their website for details.
Day Release Opportunities
We know that studying full time is not an option for everyone, so with our Day Release programme you can earn while you learn. We have excellent career opportunities for those with strong academic backgrounds to study on a part time basis towards further study up to degree level. You should have a keen interest in the construction industry, good numerical skills and an analytical approach to problems whilst being able to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
You will spend four days a week working and one day a week at university or college on a further or higher education course with the tuition fees paid by Bovis Lend Lease.
We do not currently have any day release vacancies, and are therefore not accepting applications at the present time.
