Our graduate program is designed to challenge you to reach the next level: helping you build a rewarding career with Bovis Lend Lease.
Opportunities

As Australia’s largest commercial and community construction company, we have a huge range of projects and roles allowing graduates to experience all aspects of the construction industry. Our graduates are encouraged to expand their horizons by working in different sectors and in different locations throughout their careers at Bovis Lend Lease.
Roles and Locations

We have opportunities for graduates in a number of locations throughout Australia in roles including:

Graduate Site Engineer
Graduate Cost Planner
Graduate Engineer
Graduate Architect
Construction Management and Civil Engineering graduates typically commence work as a Site Engineer on one of our projects. We currently have projects underway in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
Placement with our Cost Planning teams located in our regional head offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne may be offered to graduates with a specialisation in Construction Economics.
Graduates with degrees in Structural, Mechanical, Services, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, or with specialisms such as Architecture, Sustainability or Environmental Planning, typically join our in-house design business, Lend Lease design. Most Lend Lease design roles are based in Sydney at our award-winning 5 Star Green Star head office, 30 The Bond.
Naturally, the locations and roles offered to graduates will vary according to the projects and opportunities that we have available. If your application is successful and you are offered a place in the Graduate program, the exact location and role will be discussed with you at the time that an offer is made.
Managers of the future

All graduates are enrolled in a structured learning and development program, at the end of which you will receive a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) - a recognised external qualification.
Our graduates are seen as the managers of the future, often going on to senior roles within the company. Some of our current graduates have discussed their careers paths in their profiles.
Personal mentoring and networking

As a first year graduates you will be partnered with a mentor to guide you through your first steps in the construction industry. This mentoring system is designed to assist your learning and development by providing ongoing support and an opportunity to ask questions, building your confidence in the workplace and help you feel a part of the team.
You’ll be introduced to an established graduate peer group to facilitate networking among fellow graduates, which allows you to compare and learn from experiences on different projects. | | |
