As one of the top construction management companies in the US we are looking for college graduates with a degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or other related degrees. Opportunities exist in most of our office locations throughout the country.
You can choose to start your career in one of three different career paths:
Project Management
Daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects. For a detailed job description click here.
Field Supervision
Leadership for on-site field administration, supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel. For a detailed job description click here.

At Bovis Lend Lease you may be able to rotate through all three career paths before deciding which one is best for you or you may know which one you prefer and stick to it. Throughout your career there will be opportunities to switch between career paths.
