Our stakeholders include our people, investors, suppliers, partners, clients and customers, tenants, communities, and interest groups as well as government. Clearly, our strongest level of influence is with our people. How we organize, reward, educate, and inspire our employees is fundamental to influencing our clients, suppliers, investors and other stakeholders.
